Gilsonite Resin and ER 125 Resin are widely used as the primary carbon black wetting agent for black news inks and heatset and gravure inks. ER 125 Resin out performs petroleum-based hydrocarbon resins, phenolic resins and metal resinates. Gilsonite Resin and ER 125 Resin are also used as a premium ingredient asphaltic paints and varnishes.
