CRAIG MUELLER
Chief Executive Officer

Craig is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has extensive knowledge in oilfield operations, international business relationships, business development and commercial strategy. His previous position was on Baker Hughes’ executive leadership team, where he served as VP of Sales – ExxonMobil.

Craig is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering.

DAVE CLARK
President

Dave has worked in a variety oil & gas and energy roles since joining the industry in 1983. He’s spent much of his career in international locations working in upstream operations, business development and other commercial roles. He has broad experience in the service company, operator and drilling contractor business.

Prior to joining American Gilsonite Company in 2022, Dave was Head of Business Development and Global Partnerships at Maersk Drilling in Copenhagen and previously Corporate Leader for Oil & Gas at DuPont in Geneva.

David is a Chemistry graduate from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.

STEVE GRANDA
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Steve has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, utilities, mining, oilfield services, public accounting, and various other service industries, both domestically and internationally. He previously served as VP & CFO for a Private Equity-backed mining company catering to oilfield and industrial markets.

He received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University and is a licensed CPA. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a track record of success in financial leadership roles, consistently driving growth and profitability.
